Haven’t heard of banana nice-cream yet? Well here I am to change your world.
Banana nice-cream is delicious, creamy and nutritious and also happens to be one of my all time favourite foods!
If you haven’t tried it yet you are seriously missing out.
So, here’s how to make it!
1.Cut up and freeze your ripe bananas for at least 2 hours (preferably overnight)
2. Blend your frozen bananas by using a food processor or powerful blender…add some plant based milk or water if your machine is struggling.
3.After pulsing and blending your bananas they should turn to this consistency, this is how you know its ready.
Whilst plain banana nice cream is delicious, here are some toppings/add ins –
- Maca powder
- Cacao powder
- Blackstrap molasses
- Chia seeds
- Rice malt syrup
- Vanilla essence
Basically, the options are endless – add what you want!
